הקו הירוק - הופכים את הקו הירוק לירוק באמת - למען עזה! The Green Line

עצומה זאת נועדה לטפל ולהציע חלופה למצב הקיים במספר דרכים -
כפי שפרסם ארגון גישה בדו״ח ״יד על השלטר״ - (http://gisha.org/UserFiles/File/publications/infrastructure/Hand_on_the_Switch-HE.pdf) -
בין השאר, על ישראל לדאוג לתנאי מחייה בסיסיים לתושבי הרצועה וביניהם עולה נושא האנרגייה -

1. בעקבות מצב האנרגיה הבלתי נסבל בעזה -
( בעזה כיום בעקבות המתחים הפוליטיים כיימות בין 2-4 שעות חשמל ביממה בלבד).
מצב זה מוביל למשבר הומניטרי קשה מאוד. עלינו לפעול עכשיו על מנת שאנשים לא ימותו בגלל חוסר העשייה שלנו!

2. העלאת המודעות המקומית והעולמית למצב איכות הסביבה -
הקו הירוק הינו קו הפסקת האש בין ישראל למדינות ערב ב - 48. הוא הפך לבסיס למשא ומתן בין ישראל ופלסטין על בסיס החלטה 242 של האו"ם.
מאז, חילוקי הדעות הפולייטים לא איפשרו הגעה להסכם שלום!
לאור שינויי האקלים וההתחממות הגלובאלית, לראשונה נראה כי לשחקנים הבינלאומיים השונים יש מניע לפעול בשיתוף פעולה, על מנת למנוע את הקטסטרופות המתרחשות ואשר יחריפו עם לא נפעל עכשיו.

לאור זאת, לישראלים ולפלסטינאים יש מחנה משותף - גשר מעבר למלוקות הקיימות - הפיכת הקו הירוק לירוק באמת! באמצעות פרויקטים אקולוגיים לכל אורכו!

- שדות סולאריים
- נטיעת עצים וחקלאות
- פיתוח שבילי הליכה

ועוד ועוד.

3. בסיס לשיתופי פעולה אזוריים -
על בסיס 2 הסעיפים העליונים (משבר האנרגיה בעזה ובעולם והקו הירוק), ניתן להתחיל לחבר את חתיכות הפאזל ביחד.
חמאס כנראה לא יהיה מוכן לקבל עזרה מישראל בנושאים אלו, ובמקום זה מדינות כמו מצרים, ערב הסעודית, קטאר, ירדן, ארה"ב,יפן, רוסיה, צרפת ועוד, יוכלו להביא לקידום פתרונות אלו תוך כדי תמיכה בשלום (היוזמה הסעודית, שתי מדינות מולדת אחת או 2 מדינות ל - 2 עמים.)

4. תכנית הגרין גול של מונדיאל 2022 -
לאור המצב היחסים הרעוע בין מדינות המזר התיכון וההמשבר בין קטאר ושכנותיה - שאלת קיום המונדיאל עומדת על הפרק נוכח השאלות האתיות אשר נקשרו איתו.
ההצעה/בקשה בסעיף זה, היא לפתוח את המונדיאל למזרח התיכון כולו, כאשר המארחות יהיו קטאר, ערב הסעודית, ירדן, ישראל ופלסטין.
בדרך זו שאלת המעבר ההדרגתי ויצירת האיזון הנכון בשימוש בדלקים מזהמים תהיה במרכז - והמדינות יוכלו לפתח תכנית ברת קיימא ומאוזנת לעתיד ללא זיהום בשביל כולנו.

5. קיימות -
קיימות הינה מילה המרכיבה את האיזון ביו פיתוח חברתי, סביבתי וכלכלי ללא פגיעה באף אחד מגורמים אלו ושמירה על התפתחות אורגנית של משולש זה; ניתן לראות כי הפערים הכל כך גדולים בין אירוח מונדיאל לצד המלחמות הרבות אשר מתקיימות בסוריה, עיראק ולבנון דורשות איזון ותמיכה גלובאלית. באמצעות פתיחת המונדיאל והשקעה בפתרון הסכסוך הישראלי/פלסטיני, ישנה הזדמנות יוצאת דופן לייצר עתיד טוב לאזורנו אשר ישפר משמעותית את שיקומם של איזורים שכוחי האל.

Why is this this petition important?

Thos petition is designed to bring alternative solutions to the existing Israeli-Palestinian reality in several ways - as was published in the important research of the orgnization Gisha in it's report - "Hand on the Switch".

This includes the responsibility of Israel to do it's part to enable the Gazan population to receive their basic conditions in order to live - including electricity and water.
1. Because of the lack of electricity in Gaza- which in a large proportion exists because of the conflict with Israel, Israel allots electricity to Gaza between 2-4 hours a day. This prevents the possibility of refrigeration, air conditioning and clean water.

This is causing a serious helth crisis, which can cause thousands of deaths and which will worsen the conflict between Gaza and Israel.

2. This petition is also designed to incrrease local consciousness for the necessity of environmental health.
The "green line" is the line of cease fire from the war of independence in 1948 between Israel and her Arab neighbors who were at war with her. It has become the basis of negotiations for peace, based on the U.N. resolution 242.
This impasse in peace negotiations could be lessened by the common intterest of all parties to prevent the impact of global warming, whcih will be getting worse if countries don;t unite to protect the world.

In this light, Israelis and Palestinians have a common denominator- a bridge across existing conflict- creating a true Green Line involving ecological projects all along the line, and along
the area surrounding Gaza.

this would include----
solar fields
tree planting and ecological agriculture
beautiful walking paths
etc. etc,

3. This vision for peace and prosperity opens many avenues for cooperation between countries of the middle east and also for involvement of other countries of the world in middle east development.

4.Mondial "Green Goal" 2022
Because Katar is hostng the 2022 Mondial, there is a problem for the participants of Mondial as Katar is

involved with conflicts with it's neighbors at this time . To aid the cessation of conflict around the time of the mondial, this petition suggests that Katar share it's hosting with other countries of the middle east. Widthin this partnership the question of healthy energy(green goal) can be addressed.

5. If opening the Mondial to a wider hosting within the middle east can be done within the mondial goal of "Green Goal", this would be a unique opportunity to create a better future for the middle-east and for the entire world
