עדכון 19.11.23: הבוקר הגשנו יותר מ15 אלף חתימות ליועצת המשפטית לממשלה , נותרו לנו רק 4 ימים כדי להתנגד לתזכיר החוק הלא דמוקרטי. ביום חמישי 2.11.23 אישר שר הפנים משה ארבל, לפרסם תזכיר חוק בנושא שלילת אזרחות ישראלית לאזרח אשר הסית לטרור או הביע תמיכה בטרור בתקופת מלחמה. לפי התזכיר, מי שמוסמכים לבטל את אזרחותו של אדם שהורשע ללא הליך משפטי, הם שר הפנים - משה ארבל, ושר המשפטים - יריב לוין. עד היום היה ניתן לשלול אזרחות רק בעבירות חמורות של בגידה ותמיכה בטרור באישור בית משפט. תזכיר החוק יאפשר שלילת אזרחות גם על עבירות של הזדהות עם ארגון טרור והסתה לטרור בזמן מלחמה. מדובר בהצעה גזענית ובלתי דמוקרטית שמרשתת באופן ישיר את מדיניות סתימת הפיות, הרדיפה וההפחדה המופנית כלפי פלסטינים אזרחי ישראל שדוגלת בה הממשלה. ההצעה נותנת כוח בלתי מוגבל לשני השרים והיא המשך ישיר של המדיניות של שר המשפטים לוין שמנצל את המצב ומנסה, מתחת לרדאר, לקדם את י המהפכה המשפטית ולמוטט את הדמוקרטיה בישראל. אנחנו דורשים ודורשת מהיועצת המשפטית לממשלה להתנגד באופן מיידי להצעה שתאפשר לממשלה לשלול אזרחות ללא התערבות בית משפט ולפעול כדין במדינה דמוקרטית. יש לנו עכשיו הזדמנות להתנגד לכוח הבלתי מוגבל שלוין כל כך רוצה: תזכיר החוק עדיין פתוח להערות הציבור עד ה 23.11.23 וחוות הדעת של היועמ״שית היא קריטית לקבלת ההחלטה בממשלה - כל חתימה חשובה! כדי להפעיל לחץ ציבורי על היועמשי״ת להתנגד לתזכיר לפני שהוא יהפוך להצעת חוק. * בתמונה: צילום מסך מאתר ״הארץ״.

While Israeli and world opinion is focused on Gaza and the south, the settlers are exploiting the situation and escalating the violence towards the Palestinians in the West Bank with the aim of forcing whole communities of Palestinians to leave their homes. The Jewish assailants use severe violence and threaten to murder the Palestinian residents. Some of the thugs are soldiers that use the weapons they have due to their army service. Nine herding communities have already fled from their homes fearing the settlers, and other communities will be forced to flee in the next few days if immediate steps aren't taken. At this moment – the police and IDF are not intervening – and, in effect, support the Jewish terrorists. Last Saturday, October 28th, Bilal Mohammad Salah was murdered while harvesting olives by a settler, an off-duty soldier. That night, armed settlers, pretending to be IDF soldiers, invaded the village of Susia, entered homes with their weapons, attacked women and children and set an ultimatum: leave you homes within 24 hours or we'll be back and we'll murder you all. Israeli activists have since been guarding the residents. The settlers returned to Susia, but didn’t enter due to the activists’ presence. The settlers continue their violent attacks on other communities. MK Ram Ben Barak (Yesh Atid), issued a warning this week: "If the government and the prime minister won't come to their senses and stop the Jewish gangs sowing chaos in Judea and Samaria – we will have another, unnecessary front while fighting in the south and in the north. I sent warnings to the Central Command OC, head of the Israeli National Security Council and the prime minister. Now you won't be able to claim you didn't know." We call on Gantz and Eizenkot – you joined the government to counter the dominant messianic, extreme right – it's your shift now! Don't allow this forced transfer to happen, do not lend a hand to the deterioration of the situation of the Palestinians in the West Bank and crushing of their human rights, do not abandon them in the hands of racist lunatics and do not let the settlers bring about the opening of another front. تحديث ٢/١١/٢٣: منذ التهديد على حياة سكان قرية سوسيا، يتواجد نشطاء اسرائيليين في القرية، وقد أثر وجودهم على ردع المستوطنين الذين قدموا إلى جوار القرية مرتين بالفعل ولم يقموا بالدخول. خلال هذه الفترة، نفذوا هجمات خطيرة في أم الخير، طوبا وسفاي. يستغّل المستوطنون الانشغال الإسرائيلي والعالمي بالجنوب وغزة لتصعيد عنفهم تجاه الفلسطينيين في الضفة الغربية بهدف تهجير مجتمعات بأكمها قسرًا. يمارس المخربون اليهود العنف الشديد تجاه الفلسطينيين ويهددون بقتلهم أيضًا. جزء منهم جنود يهاجمون الفلسطينيين بالأسلحة التي يستخدمونها في إطار خدمتهم العسكرية. تسعة مجتمعات رعاة هربت من بيوتها خوفًا من إرهاب المستوطنين حتى الآن والكثيرون سيضطرون للهرب من بيوتهم قريبًا إن لم تتخّذ الإجراءات اللازمة على الفور. لم تتدخل قوات الجيش أو الشرطة في كل ما حدث حتى الآن، مانحة بذلك دعمها للمخربين اليهود. قتِل بلال محمد صلاح برصاص مستوطن، جندي في عطلة، يوم السبت 28\10\2023 بينما كان يقطف الزيتون في أرضه; وفي الليلة نفسها، اقتحم مستوطنون مسلحون متخّفون بزي جنود قرية سوسيا، هاجموا النساء والأطفال، وهددوا بالعودة وقتل الجميع إن لم يخلي السكان بيوتهم خلال 24 ساعة. عاد المستوطنون إلى القرية مرتين وتراجعوا من تنفيذ تهديدهم بسبب وجود النشطاء. حذّر عضو الكنيست رام بن باراك، من "يش عتيد": "إن لم تعد دولة إسرائيل، ومن يترأسها، إلى رشدها وتوقف الكتائب اليهودية التي تعوث في يهودا والسامرة فسادًا - سنتلقى جبهة قتال أخرى لا لازم لها، بالإضافة إلى جبهات القتال في الشمال وفي الجنوب. نبّهت قائد القيادة المركزية، ورئيس مجلس الأمن القومي، ورئيس الحكومة أيضًا. لا تقولوا أنكم لم تعلموا بالأمر". ننادي جانتس وآيزنكوت - انضممتما لهذه الحكومة لموازنة قوى اليمين المتطرف المتعصب التي تحكمها. فلتتحملا المسؤولية! لا تمدوّا يدكم لمساعي التهجير وزيادة وضع الفلسطينيين في الضفة الغربية سوءًا وانتهاك حقوقهم. لا تتركوهم فريسة سهلة للمتطرفين العنصريين ولا تسمحوا للمستوطنين بتأجيج جبهة قتال أخرى. أنقِذوا سكّان سوسيا من المذبحة، أوقِفوا المستوطنين والتهجير القسري الآن! الصورة: بإذن من ActiveStills.

تحديث 31.10.23: نجاح الضغط المدني: بيني غانتس تمكن من الضغط على غالي بهاراف - ميارا من عدم تقديم التغييرات للتصويت، ونتيجة لذلك قرر رئيس الحكومة أيضًا عدم تقديم التغييرات للتصويت في الحكومة. -------------------- من المتوقع أن يقدم وزير الأمن القومي للحكومة في الفترة المقبلة مقترحًا للتصويت على تعديل قرارات لجنة أور كتعليمات طوارئ لفترة الحرب الآن. يمنح المقترح لأي ضابط لواء (بموافقة المفوض العام للشرطة) صلاحيات الموافقة على إطلاق النار على مواطنين وسكّان يغلقون مسالك ضرورية لحركة القوات العسكرية، هذا مع رعاية كافة الاعتبارات ذات الصلة الواقعة تحت تصرف ضابط اللواء. تعديل قرارات وتوصيات لجنة أور هو إجراء غير دستوري وفي غاية الخطورة، من الواضح أنه يستهدف مواطني إسرائيل من الفلسطينيين ويمنح شرطة بن جفير شرعية إعدامهم وسلب حرية التظاهر منهم. اقتراح بن جفير هو تغيير كبير وتعسفي لقرارات لجنة أور التي أقيمت بعد الانتفاضة الثانية (أحداث أكتوبر 2000) والتي أتاحت استخدام الرصاص الحي في حالات معينة تكون فيها حياة رجال الشرطة معرضة لخطر فوري، وليس كأداة لمواجهة إغلاق الطرق أو تعطيل حركة السير. لا لإعدام الفلسطينيين من مواطني الدولة ولا لبناء نظام دكتاتوري قمعي يقيّد حق التظاهر - نطالب الوزراء بيني جانتس، جادي إيزنكوت، وكافة أعضاء المجلس الوزاري بمعارضة هذا المقترح المتطرف حتى لا نعود لأحداث أيار 2021.

** עדכון 31.10.23: הלחץ הציבורי עבד! בני גנץ לחץ על בהרב מיארה שלא להעלות את השינויים להצבעה ובעקבות כך גם ראש הממשלה החליט שלא להעלות את השינויים להצבעת הממשלה. ** עדכון 30.10.23: היועצת המשפטית לממשלה עדיין לא אישרה את נוסח ההצעה, ולכן ההצעה ירדה מסדר היום - אך עדיין צפויה להתקדם בתקופה הקרובה - הצטרפו ושתפו כדי שנוכיח ליועמ״שית ולחברי הקבינט שרבים מאיתנו מתנגדים להצעה המטורפת. -------------- השר לביטחון לאומי צפוי להעלות מחר (30.10.23) להצבעה בממשלה נוסח לשינוי החלטת ועדת אור, כהוראת שעה לתקופת הלחימה. על פי ההנחיה יוכל מפקד מחוז במשטרה (באישור המפכ״ל) להורות על מתן אישור לפתיחה באש חיה לעבר אזרחים ותושבים שיחסמו צירי תנועה הנדרשים לתנועת כוחות הצבא, זאת תוך התחשבות בכלל השיקולים הרלוונטיים העומדים לנגד עיניו של הממ“ז. שינוי ההנחיה מהווה סכנה ממשית לחיי אדם - מדובר במהלך לא חוקתי בעליל שמופנה בראש ובראשונה כלפי אזרחי ישראל הפלסטינים ונותן לגיטימציה למשטרת בן גביר להוציא אותם להורג ולמנוע מהם וממפגינים בכלל את חופש ההפגנה. ההצעה משנה בקיצוניות את החלטות ועדת אור, שהוקמה לאחר האינתפאדה השנייה (אירועי אוקטובר 2000) והותירה שימוש באש חיה רק אם מדובר בסכנה ממשית לחיי השוטרים ולא ככלי להתמודדות עם שיבושים וסגירת כבישים. לא להוצאה להורג של פלסטינים אזרחי המדינה, לא להשתת דיקטטורה ולמניעת הזכות להפגין - אנחנו דורשים ודורשות מהשרים בני גנץ, גדי איזנקוט ושאר חברי הקבינט להטיל וטו על ההצעה הקיצונית - כדי שלא נמצא את עצמנו שוב באירועי מאי 2021.

עדכון 2.11.23: מאז האיום על חיי תושבי סוסיא, פעילים ישראלים נמצאים בכפר והנוכחות שלהם הרתיעה את המתנחלים שכבר הגיעו פעמיים ליד הכפר ולא נכנסו. בזמן הזה הם ביצעו התקפות חמורות באום אל חיר, טובא וספאיי. בזמן שתשומת הלב הישראלית והעולמית ממוקדת בעזה ובדרום, המתנחלים מנצלים את המצב ומסלימים את האלימות כלפי הפלסטינים בגדה המערבית במטרה לגרש אוכלוסיות שלמות של פלסטינים בכוח. הפורעים היהודים נוקטים באלימות קשה ומאיימים לרצוח את התושבים הפלסטינים. חלקם חיילים שתוקפים פלסטינים בנשק חם שברשותם מהשירות הצבאי. תשע קהילות של רועי צאן כבר נמלטו מבתיהן בפחד מוות מאימת המתנחלים ורבות נוספות ייאלצו להימלט בימים הקרובים אם לא יינקטו צעדים מיידיים. נכון לעכשיו - הצבא והמשטרה לא מתערבים ובכך מגבים את המחבלים היהודים. בשבת, 28.10.23 נרצח בילאל מוחמד סלאח בעת שמסק זיתים בידי מתנחל, חייל בחופשה. בלילה פשטו מתנחלים חמושים שהתחזו לחיילי צה״ל על הכפר סוסיא, נכנסו לבתים באיומי נשק, תקפו ילדים ונשים והציבו אולטימטום: התפנו מבתיכם או שנחזור ונרצח את כולכם - מאז, מגינים פעילי שטח ישראלים על תושבי הכפר. המתנחלים חזרו כבר פעמיים לכפר ונרתעו מלבצע את זממם בשל נוכחות הפעילים. חה״כ רם בן ברק מ״יש עתיד״ התריע בתחילת השבוע (29.10.23): ״אם ממשלת ישראל, והעומד בראשה, לא יתעשתו ויעצרו את הפלנגות היהודיות שזורעות כאוס ביהודה ושומרון - תהיה לנו חזית נוספת ומיותרת במקביל ללחימה בדרום ובצפון. התרעתי על כך גם לאלוף פיקוד המרכז, לראש המל״ל וגם לראש הממשלה. שלא תגידו שלא ידעתם״. אנחנו קוראות וקוראים לגנץ ואיזנקוט - הצטרפתם לממשלה כדי למתן את הימין הקיצוני והמשיחי שמושל בה, עכשיו זו המשמרת שלכם! אל תתנו ידכם לטרנספר, להחמרת מצב הפלסטינים בשטחים ולריסוק זכויות האדם שלהם, אל תפקירו אותם למטורפים גזענים ואל תתנו למתנחלים להצית חזית לחימה נוספת. הצילו את תושבי סוסיא מטבח, עצרו את המתנחלים ואת הטרנספר שהם מבצעים עכשיו! צילום: באדיבות אקטיבסטילס

En este momento, varias organizaciones humanitarias internacionales se encuentran presentes en Gaza. Queremos que se les permita un acceso rápido a los rehenes secuestrados de Israel a Gaza, especialmente niños, mujeres, ancianos y familias. Esto sólo es posible durante un breve período (una breve oportunidad): antes de una posible incursión terrestre de las Fuerzas de Defensa de Israel a Gaza. ¡No podemos permitirnos perder más tiempo! Se trata de un primer paso fundamental encaminado a ayudar a los inocentes. Si logramos establecer un corredor humanitario, podremos continuar el diálogo sobre los rehenes israelíes y mejorar las condiciones de vida en Gaza. L'initiative vise à ouvrir immédiatement un couloir humanitaire, avec un accès aux otages civils innocents, enlevés en Israël, avec une priorité aux bébés, enfants, femmes, personnes âgées et familles. Ce couloir servira également d'accès pour la population de Gaza pour lever le blocus et éviter une grave crise alimentaire et pour approvisionner les structures de santé en médicaments, électricité et en eau. Cette opportunité humanitaire reste possible actuellement dans une fenêtre de temps limitée, car il sera impossible d’ouvrir cet accès si les forces militaires terrestres entrent dans Gaza. This is possible only for a short window of opportunity – before a possible IDF ground excursion into Gaza. We can't afford to lose any time! If we succeed in establishing a humanitarian corridor, we will be able to continue the dialogue as to the Israeli hostages and improve life conditions in Gaza.
